De:Bug (GER) review: “Der Titeltrack vermittelt mit seinen plonkernden Sounds sofort das Gefühl von Tiefe, in die die tiefe Stimme logischerweise perfekt den Punkt markiert, an dem der Track umschlagen kann in eine funkigere Häutung seiner selbst und dann wieder – obwohl so sichtlich ohne Ziel – beides zusammenzubringen ist der Trick dieses stellenweise etwas atemlos sich selber hinterher rennenden Tracks. „Penny Jenny“ featured ähnliche Vocals, ist aber ein wesentlich minimalerer Eiertanz rings um die Unschuld und Abenteuer der tragischen Titelfigur. „Come Cool“ schliddert eher kantig rein, und sorgt dafür, dass die EP endgültig zu so etwas wie einer Sammlung von Club-Kurzgeschichten wird."
